Power Automate workflows
Connect supported Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and business-system operations; coordinate approvals, notifications and scheduled data handoffs. Connector availability and licensing are assessed for your tenant.
POWER AUTOMATE · ZAPIER · APIs
Connect business applications with Power Automate, Zapier and purpose-built APIs. Our focus is reliable information exchange: the right fields, the right permissions, and a clear way to recover when something fails.
01
Power Automate and Zapier are part of our stated toolset. We select an approach according to your applications, transaction volume, security needs and ownership of the resulting workflow.

Connect supported SaaS applications through event-driven Zaps with triggers and actions. Add filters, field mapping and multi-step routing where the selected plan supports them.
Use REST APIs, authenticated webhooks and .NET services when packaged connectors do not meet the requirement. Define schemas, authentication, validation and response handling explicitly.
Connect Business Central or another assessed ERP to a portal, CRM, ecommerce platform or operational application through supported interfaces. Avoid direct writes that bypass business validation.
02
Create a lead, route it to an owner and notify the team. Keep enquiry handling separate from marketing subscriptions.
Validate customer and item references, create an appropriate draft through an approved interface and flag records requiring review before posting.
Agree on the system of record, map identifiers and synchronise selected fields. Prevent two systems from overwriting one another without a conflict rule.
Expose authorised order or invoice information to the right customer account. Restrict access by customer and return only the fields the portal needs.
Move approved files or status updates between supported systems, recording the source reference and handling missing or rejected records.
03
Document mandatory fields, formats, identifiers, transformation rules and which system is authoritative.
Use suitable service identities and scoped permissions. Plan credential storage, ownership, expiry and renewal.
Design for timeouts and repeated events with correlation IDs, idempotency where supported, and bounded retries.
Provide failure visibility, a recoverable exception path and a way to compare source and target records. Agree who monitors the integration and during which hours.
04
The agreed scope can include a connection assessment, field-mapping specification, implemented flows or API service, test evidence, deployment notes and an operational runbook. Subscription costs and ongoing monitoring are identified separately.
It depends on connector support, business rules, usage, licences and operational needs. Discovery compares the practical options rather than forcing every problem into one tool.
Only after checking supported APIs, permissions, licensing and data formats. A connector name alone does not prove that every required operation is available.
Yes, subject to access and assessment. We review the current flows, dependencies, logs and handover material before agreeing a repair or support scope.
Product capabilities and licensing are governed by the respective vendors. These links are references, not partner or certification claims.
