What happens when you browse

Optional first-party analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics leaves the website and enquiry form available. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling optional analytics. We store your analytics preference in localStorage for up to 180 days and, after opt-in, a random tab-session identifier in sessionStorage for at most 24 hours. These are not device fingerprints. Your light/dark display preference is saved in localStorage under thiranix-color-mode until you change it or clear browser storage. It is used only for appearance and is not sent to our analytics database. We do not add advertising pixels, third-party fonts, or social widgets. The hosting platform may process technical data such as IP address, browser details, request time, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Public browsing on the Azure deployment does not require ChatGPT sign-in. Access to enquiry records requires a verified Microsoft identity and explicit owner authorization. Microsoft may process authentication data when the owner signs in. Owner sign-in uses browser sessionStorage for Microsoft authentication state and a necessary Secure, HttpOnly session cookie named __Host-thiranix-admin, which expires after 15 minutes. This owner authentication storage is separate from optional visitor analytics.

What happens when you contact us

When you submit an enquiry, the website sends your name, email address, optional phone number, country, discovery source, project name, service and message to our server and stores them in Azure SQL Database. We also store the submission timestamp, notice version and spam-check method. This acknowledgement records your request for a response and is not marketing consent. The owner dashboard is restricted to the configured site owner account. The form does not send an automatic email notification or confirmation email. If you instead email or call us directly, those communications are handled through our email or telephone providers.

Only provide information needed to discuss the project. Do not send passwords, API keys, identity documents, payment information, health information, confidential client records, or other sensitive personal data through this form or ordinary email. Arrange an appropriate secure channel first.

Why information is used

Enquiry information is used to answer your questions, discuss scope, prepare a proposal, and maintain relevant business correspondence. It is not a newsletter registration. Where EU or UK law applies, responding to your request may involve steps before a contract, or a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, depending on the context. Where consent is the applicable basis, you may withdraw it for future processing. Other legal obligations may require particular records to be retained.

Providers and international handling

This Azure deployment is configured to use Microsoft Azure for application hosting and Azure SQL Database for enquiry storage. Application and database resources are selected in India; the live resource and backup configuration determines their actual storage location. Incoming direct email is received using Gmail, provided by Google; your chosen email and telephone providers also handle communications. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. This notice does not promise local-only storage. Provider locations, contracts, retention settings, and any required international transfer safeguards must be verified for the markets in which Thiranix operates. Retention

Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in Azure SQL Database. Direct email correspondence is held in the business email account. A fixed enquiry retention schedule has not yet been set. Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, discuss a potential engagement, manage the resulting business relationship, or meet applicable legal recordkeeping and dispute obligations. The appropriate period depends on the context. You can request deletion of an enquiry using the contact above; legal recordkeeping or dispute requirements may limit deletion. Provider backup and log retention can differ from inbox retention.

Analytics and spam protection

If you allow analytics, we record the page path without query strings, UTC timestamp, random tab-session identifier, broad browser and device category, approximate country supplied by hosting where available, and referring hostname without its path or query string. We do not store raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, precise location, screen fingerprints, or a physical-machine identifier in the analytics table. Page views and sessions are estimates, not identified people. You can change your preference through “Analytics preferences” in the website footer; rejection stops future optional collection.

Analytics and aggregate bot-labelled request records are retained for up to 90 days, with expired records removed during subsequent application activity. Bot-labelled counts are based on user-agent patterns and are not proof of bot identity. IP addresses may be handled transiently by hosting and our server for security. Hourly keyed, pseudonymous rate-limit buckets expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent cleanup; they are not retained as visitor profiles.

The form uses a hidden spam-trap field, signed short-lived form tokens, minimum form time, server validation and rate limiting. These reduce spam but do not prove a person is human. Cloudflare Turnstile support is prepared but inactive unless both production keys are configured. If activated, its challenge script and verification service process browser/security signals through Cloudflare. A failed or unavailable check leaves direct email/phone as alternatives.

Your requests and complaints

Contact thiranixtech@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Explain your request and the email address used for the enquiry. Do not attach identity documents at the outset. Proportionate verification may be needed to protect your information.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, grievance handling, nomination, or appeal. These rights have jurisdiction-specific conditions and exceptions. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority. Any applicable statutory deadline governs the response.

Regional information

• India: the DPDP Act and Rules have phased commencement. Applicable rights, notices, grievance routes, language requirements, and safeguards must be assessed against the provisions in force and Thiranix’s processing.
• EU/EEA and UK: GDPR or UK GDPR obligations depend on territorial scope and processing. You may complain to the supervisory authority in your country or the UK ICO, as applicable.
• United States: state privacy laws differ in scope and thresholds. The website code does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use targeted advertising. There is no advertising activity in the code for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of; any future addition requires review.
• Other markets: local rules, including those in Canada, Australia, Singapore and Brazil, may create additional requirements. This notice is not a representation that every law applies or that global compliance has been certified.

Children and automated decisions

This is a business services website intended for adults. It does not offer child-directed services or ask for children’s information. Spam checks can reject or limit form submissions; you can contact us directly for help. The page does not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about visitors. The AI agent descriptions are service examples, not an AI system processing your enquiry on this page.

Changes and project work

Changes will be reflected by updating the date on this notice. Client applications, AI systems, employee records, payments, and production project data require separate assessment and appropriate agreements; this notice covers the brochure site and initial enquiries only.
